Baked Cod Shawns

2 Servings

4 Mushrooms thickly, Sliced
1/2 Onion thin, Sliced
1/2 Lemon
1/8 Bunch parsley, Chopped
Salt, pepper, garlic, bread
Crumbs.

Cut the mushroomas and onion, parsley and place in an oven safe
container.

Salt and pepper your fish, cut the lemon into 3 slices. Juice one and
place the other two slices over the fish, coat the fish in bread
crumbs, place on top of the veggies. Place the rest of the lemon on
top of the fish and put a small but of garlic on each lemon.

Bake covered in oven at 350 for 20 mins or so.
